1)
Condition 6(c)
According to the annotations on drawing 'SK-201', the details relating to the flat roof rooflights are shown on drawing 'SK-202'; and those relating to the pitched roof rooflights are shown on drawing 'SK-203'. However, the details on drawing 'SK-02' clearly relate to a pitched roof, and those on drawing 'SK-03' relate to a flat roof.
Drawing 'SK-02' doesn't accord with the approved roof plan or submitted drawing 'SK-201' as the glazing bar to the new pitched-roof rooflights are not shown. Further, they are poor for Conservation rooflights as they are deeper than usual.
Condition 6(e)
Whilst the form of the steps and design of the railings are acceptable, there is an objection to the use of Portland Stone. This material is overly grand for the steps leading to the lightwell. Riven Yorkstone should be used.
