The proposed additional rooflight to the front roofslope would not materially alter approved scheme PP/19/04050 as the parapet hides views of the roof from the street and immediate properties and whilst there are distant views the additional glazing would not be unduly noticeable over that approved. The proposal would not require assessment by new policies, or assessment of any policies already considered in a different way or in a manner that would lead to a different conclusion. As such the proposed Non Material Amendment application would comply with Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act and is acceptable.
