The unauthorised roof structure erected at main roof level of 37 Princedale Road, London W11 4NP is insensitive and unsympathetic addition to the uninterrupted roof line of the premises and adjoining terraced buildings, therefore would neither preserve nor enhance the character or appearance of the host building, the terrace of buildings of which it forms part and the Norland Conservation Area. The works are, therefore, considered to be contrary to the aims of 'saved' UDP Policies CD44, CD45, CD63 as well as those of SCS Policies CL1, CL2, CL3 and CL6.
