The unauthorised new roof access structure and perimeter fencing erected at main roof level of 37 Princedale Road, London W11 4NP by reason of their materials, size and position are insensitive and unsympathetic additions to the uninterrupted roof line of the premises and adjoining terraced buildings, therefore causing harm to the character and appearance of the host building, the terrace of buildings of which it forms part and the overall street scene of this part of the Norland Conservation Area. The works are, therefore, considered to be contrary to the aims of 'saved' UDP Policies CD27, CD44, CD45, CD50, CD51, CD57, CD58, CD61 and CD62 as well as those of SCS Policies CL1, CL2, CL3 and CL6.
