Conditions and reasons:

1)

Compliance with approved drawings The development shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on submitted plans
Reason - The details are material to the acceptability of the proposals, and to ensure accordance with the development plan.

2)

Boxes to be removed and paving to be made good The 'InLink' unit shall not be installed until both existing BT phone boxes shown on pages 1 and 2 of the submitted Planning, Design and Access Statement are removed in their entirety and the footway made good in each case.
Reason - To preserve the character of the area, amenity and pedestrian safety on the public footway in accordance with policies of the development plan in particular policies CL1, CL2, CL6, CR3, CR4 and CT1 of the Consolidated Local Plan.

Removal of InLink structures when use ceases In the event that the InLinkUK scheme ceases or alters in a manner so as to leave this structure without function, then the structure shall be removed in its entirety and the footway made good within 3 months of the cessation or alteration of the use of the structure.
Reason - To preserve the character of the area, amenity and pedestrian safety on the public footway in accordance with policies of the development plan in particular policies CL1, CL2, CL6, CR3, CR4 and CT1 of the Consolidated Local Plan.

Trees For the duration of works the trees existing on either side of the proposed InLink kiosk shall be carefully protected so as to prevent damage above and below ground, and no tree shall be lopped, topped, or felled, or root pruned, without the prior written approval of the local planning authority.
Reason - To ensure that the trees are adequately protected, to safeguard their contribution to theÿappearance and amenity of the area and accord with policies of the development plan, in particular policy CR6 of the Consolidated Local Plan.
