Conditions and reasons:

1)

The external walls and roof shall be painted/stained dark green or grey/green or such other colour as the Executive Director, Planning and Conservation, may approve in writing, and so maintained.
Reason - To preserve and enhance the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. (R.072)

The gutters shall be of ogee profile and shall be so maintained.
Reason - To preserve and enhance the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. (R.072)

3)

No tree roots greater than 50mm diameter are to be severed without the prior permission in writing of the Council's Arboriculturist.
Reason - To ensure that the trees are adequately protected and to safeguard the amenities of the area. (R.020)

4)

The height of the building hereby permitted, as measured to its principal ridge level, shall not exceed the height of the rear boundary wall by more than 750mm.

5)

The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this permission. (C001)

11)

Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, no aerials, antennae, masts or satellite dishes shall be attached to the summer house building the subject of this permission without the prior approval in writing of the local planning authority.
