Conditions and reasons:

1)

Time Limit The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - As required by Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, to avoid the accumulation of unexercised Planning Permissions.

2)

Compliance with approved drawings The development shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on submitted plans
Reason - The details are material to the acceptability of the proposals, and to ensure accordance with the development plan.

3)

Materials - To match existing All work and work of making good shall be finished to match the existing exterior of the buildings in respect of materials, colour, texture, profile and, in the case of brickwork, facebond and pointing, and shall be so maintained.
Reason - To preserve the appearance of the buildings and the character of the area in accordance with policies of the development plan in particular policies CL1, CL2, CL3 and CL6 of the Consolidated Local Plan.

4)

Submission of details (Full PP) Detailed drawings in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before the relevant part of the work is begun, and the works shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the details so approved and shall thereafter be so maintained: (a) Details of the new CCTV cameras; (b) Details of the condition of each window and the nature/extent of works proposed to each window.
Reason - In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest and heritage significance of the buildings and preserve the character and appearance of the conservation area, and to comply with policies CL1, CL2, CL3 and CL4 of the Consolidated Local Plan.

Remove existing CCTV cameras The existing CCTV cameras at lower ground floor level and ground floor level of the properties shall be removed before the new CCTV cameras hereby permitted are installed.
Reason - In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest and heritage significance of the buildings and preserve the character and appearance of the conservation area, and to comply with policies CL1, CL2, CL3 and CL4 of the Consolidated Local Plan.

CCTV cameras - white in colour All CCTV cameras hereby permitted shall be white in colour and shall be so maintained.
Reason - In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest and heritage significance of the buildings and preserve the character and appearance of the conservation area, and to comply with policies CL1, CL2, CL3 and CL4 of the Consolidated Local Plan.

Window sills - paint colour to match existing The paint colour of the window sills hereby permitted shall match exactly the existing paint colour of the window sills and shall be so maintained.
Reason - In order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest and heritage significance of the buildings and preserve the character and appearance of the conservation area, and to comply with policies CL1, CL2, CL3 and CL4 of the Consolidated Local Plan.
