Decision details

This case has not yet been decided.

Decision: Refuse Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 02 Oct 2023
Conditions and reasons:

1)

The proposal would cause harm to the living conditions of the occupants of 1 and 1A Warwick Road as it has not been demonstrated the proposed increase in depth of the building would not result in an adverse loss of light. The proposal is therefore contrary to policy CL5 of the RBKC Local Plan 2019.

2)

The proposed residential units would require a legal agreement to secure the new units as parking permit free and an agreement has not been completed to secure this. Therefore, the proposals are contrary to policy CT1 of the RBKC Local Plan 2019.
