Cherry x2 and palm x1 - Fell.
REASON FOR DECISION
The two cherry trees are growing in an unsuitable position against the boundary wall. Both trees are also in questionable condition. For these reasons, it would not be expedient to include them in a TPO.
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea will expect to see the following type of tree planted in a like for like or suitable position: a single Amelanchier arborea 'Robin Hill' of 14-16cm girth as outlined in BS8545:2014 (Trees from nursery to independence in the landscape) would make a suitable replacement. The tree shall be planted in the next planting season following removal (the planting season runs from 1 November to 31 March).
