Decision details

This case has not yet been decided.

Decision: Discharge of Conditions - Refuse
Decision date: 18 Apr 2024
Conditions and reasons:

1)

The submitted Construction Traffic Management Plan - Basement Flat, 40 Finborough Road (dated 13/02/2024) does not sufficiently demonstrate how the impacts of constructed traffic will be mitigated and does not provide sufficient detail. Transportation Officers have commented that most questions have been answered incorrectly or with too little detail, that no drawings have been provided, and advised that the applicant examine other approved CTMPs for the street and surrounding areas to gain an idea of good practice for simialar development within the Royal Borough and engage the services of an experienced transport consultant to assits. The requirements of condition 3 attached to PP/23/00901 have not been met and the condition is not discharged.

2)

Conditions 1 (Time Limit), 2 (Compliance with Approved Drawings) and 4 (Materials) of planning permission PP/23/00901 do not require the submission of details. Additionally, no details were submitted by the applicant in relation to the above conditions and therefore the discharge of Conditions 1, 2 and 4 is refused.
