The works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. (C201)

All new windows hereby approved shall be timber framed, traditionally weighted sliding sash windows, single glazed and painted white with no trickle vents, and so maintained. (C210a)

All cornices hereby approved shall match those adjacent in terms of materials, methods and finishes and be so maintained.

The works hereby approved shall be completed within 3 months of the date of this consent (and so maintained) and notification of completion shall be shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
