Date received: 19 Oct 2016
Registration date:
(Statutory start date)
26 Oct 2016
Public consultation ends: 25 Nov 2016
Application status: Appeal Decided
Target date for decision: 21 Dec 2016

Decision details

This case has not yet been decided.

Decision: Refuse Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 21 Dec 2016
Conditions and reasons:

1)

The loss of two residential units through the amalgamation of the three dwellings would reduce the supply and choice of housing available within the Borough and would fail to contribute towards meeting housing targets and housing needs for the Borough and London as a whole by ensuring a net increase in residential accommodation. Therefore, the proposal would conflict with London Plan policy 3.14, Consolidated Local Plan policies CH1 and CH2, H17, and the advice presented in the Mayor's Housing SPG 2016.
