The proposed mansard roof would be an incongruous addition that would disrupt the historic roof line and fail to preserve the character and appearance of the group of buildings as well as the wider Earl's Court Village Conservation Area, contrary to policies CL1, CL2, CL3, CL8 and CL11 of the Local Plan 2019.
