Decision details

This case has not yet been decided.

Decision: Refuse Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 04 Feb 2021
Conditions and reasons:

1)

To replace the white timber gates with the proposed brick wall would be to replace a feature that currently contribute positively to the character and interest of the Mews with a feature that would have little or no character or interest. Consequently, the proposals would harm the appearance of the Mews, and would fail to preserve or enhance the character or appearance of the Pembridge Conservation Area or provide public benefit to outweigh such harm. The development would be contrary to policies CL1, CL3, CL6 and CL11 of the Local Plan 2019.
