Decision details

This case has not yet been decided.

Decision: Refuse Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 17 Nov 2020
Conditions and reasons:

1)

By virtue of their location, design and materials the proposed roof extension and roof terrace would be visible from the street and neighbouring properties and would harm the character and appearance of the conservation area and the appearance of the individual building. As such the proposal would conflict with Local Plan 2019 policies CL1, CL2, CL3, CL8 and CL11.
