The proposed half mansard roof storey, by reason of it resulting in an isolated example would not achieve an architecturally sympathetic relationship, and would be an unsympathetic form of development which would fail to preserve or enhance the character or appearance of the property, those of the buildings within this part of the terrace group of which it forms part and those of the Oxford Gardens Conservation Area, contrary to Local Plan policies CL1, CL2, CL3, CL8, and CL11.
