Conditions and reasons:

1)

The proposed extension to the existing rear closet wing adjacent to No. 12 Palace Gardens Terrace would subject the occupiers of this adjacent property to increased levels of sense of enclosure thereby contrary to Local Plan policy CL5.

2)

Because of the lack of a Sunlight & Daylight Assessment, the proposals fail to demonstrate that the living conditions of the occupiers of adjacent properties and in particular those at No. 12 Palace Gardens Terrace to the north would not be adversely impacted by the proposed extension. The proposals are therefore contrary to Local Plan policy CL5.
