This Council is asked for its observations on an application submitted by the City of Westminster (Ref: ( RN 16/03141/FULL) for variation of Condition 14 of planning permission dated 17 February 2015 (RN: 14/10267/FULL) for demolition of mews building on Ossington Street and erection of a replacement mews building arranged over five floors (basement, lower ground, ground, first and second floors) to create a four bedroom dwellinghouse (Class C3), including part basement extension. Refurbishment, adaption, and extension of 5 Palace Court to create six dwelling flats (Class C3); demolition of existing roof enclosure and erection of a mansard roof extension with front gable; external elevation changes including rear infillextensions and enlarged and new window openings (Ossington Street); and other works incidental to the proposals. Namely, to vary drawings showing basement extension and internal alterations.
