Decision details

This case has not yet been decided.

Decision: Refuse Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 17 Jul 2020
Conditions and reasons:

1)

By virtue of their location, materials, design, use and cumulative impact the proposed alterations to the main rear roofslope would harm the appearance of the individual building, the group to which it belongs and the wider townscape. As such such the proposals would conflict with Local Plan 2019 policies CL1, CL2, CL6, CL8 and CL11.
