Due to the size, scale, location, type and its illumination, the proposed digital advertisement would be out of character and would unduly harm the townscape and the setting of nearby conservation areas and the grade II listed Earl's Court Underground Station, resulting in material harm to visual amenity. As such the proposal is contrary to policies CL1, CL2, CL11 and CR4 of the Local Plan 2019.

Due to the size, scale, location, type and its illumination, the proposed digital advertisement would have a detrimental impact upon public safety, contrary to policies CT1 and CR4 of the Local Plan 2019.
