Reason - The permission has been granted on the grounds that the application premises will be used as an annexe only and not as a separate hotel.

5)

The south eastern facing french doors of the first floor library adjacent to Pont Street shall remain fixed shut during the occupation of the school by children during term time.
Reason - To safeguard the amenities of neighbouring properties.
