3)

All new external ironwork shall be black painted and so maintained.

4)

All cheeks and roofs of dormers shall be clad in lead and so maintained.

5)

The mansard roof shall be clad in natural slate; a sample of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Executive Director, Planning and Conservation, prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the work.
