Grant permission for: 1 x Ash - reduce to points of most recent reduction and remove small dimension branch growth on main stem to crown break.
No evidence has been supplied to support the claim that the tree is dangerous. Many thousands of trees in the Royal Borough grow with falling distance of properties but this in itself does not make them dangerous nor by extension that they should be felled. There was damage to a boundary wall and this has since being repaired. The tree has had the statutory protection of a Tree Preservation Order since 1987. There are few mature ash trees in the Royal Borough and the removal of the tree would represent a significant loss both aesthetically and environmentally.
Refuse permission for: 1 x Ash - fell.
