Given the minor and modest nature of the proposed amendments, it would not materially alter the planning permission and would not impact on the neighbouring properties in terms of residential amenity. Therefore, the proposed changes are considered to be non-material and on this basis, are accepted. The amendment would comprise a non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) and is therefore accepted.
