The proposed amendment to the wording of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) to amend the placement of glazing, panels, and provision of automated windows would not materially affect the proposed character and appearance of the eternal elevations approved. The proposed amendments would not materially alter the approved planning permission PP/22/06343 and would comprise a non-material amendment under Section 96a of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended). The revised conditions shall read as follows: 2. Reason - The details are material to the acceptability of the proposals, and to ensure accordance with the development plan. 6. Submission of materials Before the relevant part of the work is begun, full particulars and samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority, and the works shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the details so approved and shall thereafter be so maintained: a.
