Decision: Refuse Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 17 Oct 2022
Conditions and reasons:

1)

The proposed change of use of from residential to short-term lets at 136 Brompton Road by reason of the loss of the 3 existing residential units would reduce the supply and choice of housing available within the Borough and would fail to contribute towards meeting housing targets and housing needs for the Borough and London as a whole by ensuring a net increase in residential accommodation. Therefore, the proposal would be contrary to policies CF9 and CH1 of the Royal Borough Kensington and Chelsea Local Plan 2019.
