Decision: Refuse Planning Permission/Consent
Decision date: 18 Oct 2023
Conditions and reasons:

1)

The proposed development would introduce an extension to the roof, raising the height of the rear fa╪ade, creating an unbalanced appearance to the otherwise uniform roofline of the terrace, failing to preserve or enhance the character or appearance of the group of buildings or the views from within the nearby Philbeach Conservation Area. The proposal would fail to comply with policies CL1, CL2, CL8, CL9 or CL11 of the Local Plan 2019.
