The policy fails to comply with Policy CT1 and CL7(k) of the Local Plan 2019.

The proposal, through a lack of evidence, fails to ensure that development would result in the structural integrity of the host building or nearby buildings and infrastructure being maintained and fails to comply with policy CL7(m) of the Local Plan 2019.
