Because of its overly large proportions and sensitive location, the proposals plant equipment and its associated enclosure, would have an adverse impact upon the character and appearance and also setting of the Grade II listed property as well as upon the character and appearance of the Holland Park Conservation Area. The proposals are thereby contrary to LP policies CL1, CL2, CL3, CL4, CL6 and CL11 accordingly.
