1)

GTD/Pre-app/At submission Est.G/No amend
To assist applicants in finding solutions to problems arising in relation to their development proposals the Local Planning Authority has produced planning policies, and provided written guidance, all of which are available on the Council's website. A pre-application advice service is also offered. The scheme was submitted in accordance with advice provided through pre-application discussions.

2)

Unique text
The applicant is proposing to suspend a total of eight on-street car parking spaces on Wrights Lane adjacent to the site in order to establish the on-street pit lane. No further suspensions are proposed. In an effort to keep suspensions to a minimum, Officers will agree to works commencing on this basis, however, should the need for further suspensions become apparent, especially in order to maintain effective traffic flow on Marloes Road, then the applicant will be required to fund these also. The applicant's proposed methodology necessitates a number of licenses and consents from the Council and Transport for London. The approval of this CTMP and the discharge of the condition does not secure those further permissions and the applicant must ensure that they are in place as and when required.
