Insufficient and inaccurate information has been submitted in the support of the proposal in the form of inaccurate drawings and the lack of a Desk Based Assessment, in the absence of this information the application fails to demonstrate that the proposed development: will protect the heritage significance of the site in accordance with Consolidated Local Plan policy CL4; if an additional unit is being proposed the application fails to demonstrate that it would provide good quality accommodation in compliance with Consolidated Local Plan policy CH2 and London Plan policy 3.5; would not result in a material increase in traffic congestion or on street parking as a result of the additional residential unit in accordance with Consolidated Local Plan policy CT1(c) and the Transport and Streets SPD; would not compromise pedestrian and road safety in accordance with Consolidated Local Plan policy CT1(h) and the Transport and Streets SPD; constitute a basement application and meet the requirements of Consolidated Local Plan policy CL7.
