The proposed two storey conservatory, by reason of its location and design, would disrupt the even rhythm of rear additions on this terrace, would fail to allow the form of the original building to be clearly understood and fail to reinforce the character and integrity of this building and group of buildings. It would fail to preserve or enhance the characer of the conservation area and be contrary to development plan policies in particular CLP Policy CL9 and CL3.
