Limited time period (9 months) The advertisement shall be displayed for a limited period of 9 months from the date of this decision, and shall be removed either a) upon substantial completion of building work requiring scaffolding, or b) on or before the expiry of 9 months, whichever is the earlier, following which time the use of the site for the display of advertisements shall be discontinued.
Reason - To accord with policy CR4 of the Local Plan as display for a longer period would be unduly obtrusive and would be detrimental to the amenity of the area.

Hours of illumination The advertisement shall not be displayed in illuminated form between 0000 hours and 0600 hours the following day.
Reason - To accord with policy CR4 of the Local Plan 2019 as illumination outside these hours would be unduly obtrusive and would be detrimental to the amenity of the area.

Brightness limit The maximum steady brightness of the illumination of the advertisement shall not exceed 300 candelas per square metre.
Reason - To accord with policy CR4 of the Local Plan 2019 as an advertisement of greater brightness would be unduly obtrusive and would be detrimental to the amenity of the area.

9)

Not intermittent The illumination of the advertisement(s) shall not at any time be intermittent.
Reason - To safeguard local visual and residential amenity/ to prevent the distraction of road users in the vicinity in accordance with policy CR4 of the Local Plan 2019.
