Conditions and reasons:

1)

The proposed additional storey is considered to be detrimental to the character and appearance of the Mews and Conservation Area by virtue of its location, bulk and design and is therefore contrary to Policies contained within the Conservation and Development Chapter of the Unitary Development Plan, in particular CD52, CD53, CD38 and CD39 and guidance within the Edwardes Square, Scarsdale and Abingdon Conservation Area Policy Statement.
