Book a pest control treatment
Information on how to book a pest control treatment.
There are two options available for booking a pest control treatment.
1. Proceed with a quotation and schedule treatment visits
If you have recently had a premises survey and received a quotation for pest control treatment, you can make the payment and arrange the appointments online or telephone the Council on 020 7361 3002 and make the payment over the phone.

2. Book a short-term treatment
If you have not had a premises survey but know what pest is in your home, you can book a short-term treatment to manage your problem. We have set fees and charges for these pests and visits are arranged over a specific period of time.
If you live in a property which belongs to the Council (formerly the TMO), please ring 020 7361 3002 and an appointment will be made for you.
You can pay for your treatments by debit or credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro credit and debit cards.
Important information about your appointment
For maximum effect, our treatments are carried out over a specific period of time (according to pest type) and it is vital that all programmed treatment visits are carried out when necessary. If treatments are missed or revisits are not carried out within the stipulated period it is likely that the infestation will continue or re-occur, and a further payment may have to be made before we continue.
