Annual contracts
Having an annual pest control contract will give you peace of mind for 12 months knowing that we are looking after your property and will take care of any pest issues that arise before they take hold.
We tailor the contract to meet your businesses needs which is the most cost effective way of getting the service you really want.

Short-term treatments
If you are a resident, landlord or a property management company and you or your tenants experience problems with pests, then you may be interested in the short-term treatments we are able to provide.

You can pay by debit or credit card online or over the phone and dates will be confirmed.
Alternatively, you may prefer an annual contract which may be more cost effective.

A visit to identify what pest you have a problem with to provide you with further advice.

Four visits (Three treatment visits and a final visit to remove baits). One additional treatment visit can be provided if the Pest Control Officer advises it on the bait retrieval (fourth) visit. If more visits are required after this, these will cost £60.65 per visit, or another cycle can be booked for £205.40. This price covers up to five rooms – additional rooms are charged at £28.75 per room

Please note, if the appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, it may be re-arranged free of charge. Any missed visit where an officer has attended the property will be counted as part of the treatment programme. A fee of £28.85 will be charged to re-schedule.
