Link your Housing Benefit Account

How to link your Housing Benefit Account to your MyRBKC Account.

When you're ready to link your Housing Benefit Account, click or tap the 'Sign in' button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Sign in

You will need to:

1. Enter your email address. The email address you used to create your MyRBKC Account.
2. Enter your Password. The password you created when you created your MyRBKC Account.
3. Click or tap the sign in button.
4. Click on Council Tax and Housing Benefits.
5. Select Housing Benefit to link your Housing Benefit account.
6. Enter the following required information:
   • Title (optional)
   • First name or initial
   • Last name
   • Postcode
   • Claim number 
   • Date of birth or National Insurance Number
7. Click or tap the Authenticate button.
8. If successful, you will be able to view your housing benefit account immediately.

Help with linking your Housing Benefit account

If you have not been able to link your Housing Benefit account:

• Check the details you entered are the same that is displayed on your most recent benefit claim letter.
• Check that you entered your full name (First name, last name).
