How to set up Direct Debit payments for your Council Tax

When you're ready to set up a Direct Debit payment, click or tap the 'Sign in' button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Sign in

You will need to:

1. Enter your email address. The email address you used to create your MyRBKC Account.
2. Enter your Password. The password you created when you created your MyRBKC Account.
3. Click or tap the Sign in button.
4. Click or tap on Council Tax and Housing Benefits.
5. Click or tap on the Council Tax tile.
6. Click or tap on the Change payment method link. This will open a form where you will be able to change your bank details and/or change your payment method.
7. Enter all the required information to complete and submit the form.
8. Click or tap the 'Back to MyRBKC' button to leave your council tax account and return to your MyRBKC account.
