How to set up Direct Debit payments for your Council Tax
When you're ready to set up a Direct Debit payment, click or tap the 'Sign in' button and follow the on-screen instructions.
You will need to:
- Enter your email address. The email address you used to create your MyRBKC Account.
- Enter your Password. The password you created when you created your MyRBKC Account.
- Click or tap the Sign in button.
- Click or tap on Council Tax and Housing Benefits.
- Click or tap on the Council Tax tile.
- Click or tap on the Change payment method link. This will open a form where you will be able to change your bank details and/or change your payment method.
- Enter all the required information to complete and submit the form.
- Click or tap the 'Back to MyRBKC' button to leave your council tax account and return to your MyRBKC account.
