Apply for a resident's parking permit
Please ensure you have read through our parking guide before making an application to ensure you are eligible and understand the terms and conditions.
Make an application
To apply for a resident's permit you will need to provide each of the following below:
- a completed application form
- proof of where you live
- proof that you are the main user and keeper of the vehicle
- proof you have a driving licence that is valid in the UK

Online application:
Your application may take up to two working days to be processed.
Once you have completed the form, attaching the required documentation, you will receive a confirmation acknowledgement email.
Once your application has been reviewed and processed the permit will be active, following this, a payment request email will be sent to you which contains a payment link for you to use.
Payment must be made within 72 hours of receipt of payment link, failure to make payment will lead to your permit being automatically cancelled. You will be liable for any Penalty Charge Notice issued due to a permit being cancelled.

Please ensure you complete an application form and submit copies of your documents, please do not send originals.

Please ensure you park your vehicle using our pay and display machines until you receive the payment link.
Costs
Permits are priced according to CO2 emissions (for vehicles registered after 1 March 2001) or by engine size (for vehicles registered before March 2001).
