(00:02) It's actually very fulfilling for me to see that when someone completes our course the difference of that person and then they come back and they're happy and they become a family that's the best way to put it when they've started course we strive it's been fun it's been them I've learnt a lot as well which is something I wouldn't be never do on my own at home because I just wouldn't so the class environment is made it much better very often businesses come in to strive to recruit their staff and we're allowed
(00:31) to leave the subject that we're studying and actually go and listen to a little talk watch a little film about what they do if I hadn't have gone to strive I wouldn't have got the job it's fun to be here I'm learning and progressingmaking friends Thank You strife one of the things that we do as strive is we make sure that people have the skills to get the job it's a very it's a very open and friendly environment you know the all the stuff here they're really kind of eager to help people definitely had
(01:06) quite a few learners in this course like really blossom where they've grown in confidence they've overcome anxieties strive is one of those training providers that I believe have a real lovely culture about them we all have a real passion and that passion is to help our learners I really believe that it's Drive there's something for everyone if you've got nothing come to strive they will find something that you've got them they will build on it and you will leave with something it's a magical journey. We receive heartwarming success stories every week, and one that we really love is from a learner called Alan. Alan came to Strive Training after redundancy left him homeless, and struggling with confidence. He joined a two-week Warehousing and Storage course, and with support from the team, completed the course and applied for a warehouse assistant role.
