These courses are designed to help you look after your fitness, boost your confidence, improve your wellbeing and meet new people.
Types of courses available
You can choose from a wide range of activities, including:
- Tai Chi
- gardening and growing herbs
- drawing and painting
- healthy lifestyle workshops
- ESOL (English for speakers of other languages) courses designed to help you focused on communicate with health professionals
If you are interested in a career in the fitness industry, there is also a Level 2 accredited course in exercise and fitness instructing, which can lead to Level 3 Personal Training.
