Become an approved Adult Learning provider

Kensington and Chelsea’s Adult Learning Service has an approved list of providers that runs until 31 July 2028.

We are keen to work with a wide range of organisations who can deliver adult and family learning courses in locations across the borough. We want providers who can meet the needs of our diverse community and help residents of all backgrounds to learn, gain skills and achieve their goals.

How funding works

Providers on the approved list can apply for funding each year to deliver courses that meet our curriculum specification.

How to join the approved list

If you would like to join our approved provider list, email [email protected] to be added to our mailing list. We will notify you when the next application round opens.

Our subcontracting policy

We receive funding from the Greater London Authority (GLA) to deliver adult learning in Kensington and Chelsea. To do this, we subcontract with a range of partners, including:

  • voluntary and community sector organisations

  • the local college

  • other training providers

These partners deliver adult and family learning on our behalf through our approved provider list.

The GLA requires us to monitor any fees and charges linked to subcontracting, and to publish our supply-chain fees and charges policy on our website.
