How to change your password (when signed into your MyRBKC Account)

When you're ready to change your password, click or tap the 'Start' button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Start

You will need to:

1. Enter your email address. The email address you used to create your MyRBKC Account.
2. Enter your Password. The password you created when you created your MyRBKC Account.
3. Click or tap the Sign in button.
4. Click or tap on My personal details.
5. Click or tap the Change password.
6. Enter your email address and click or tap the ‘Send verification code’ button.
   • We will send you a six digit verification code by email to validate your email address.
   • The verification code will expire after five minutes. 
   • If you do not use the verification code within five minutes you will need to request a new verification code by clicking the ‘Send verification code’ button again.
   • Check your spam folder if you have not received your verification code.
7. When you have received your verification code, enter the 6-digit verification code and verify it using the ‘Verify code’ button.
8. Click or tap the Continue button.
9. Create a strong password. Your password must be at least eight characters long and include at least:
   • 1 UPPERCASE
   • 1 lowercase
   • 1 number
   • 1 special character. 
10. Please re-enter your password to confirm to it matches.
11. Click or tap the Continue button.
12. You can now sign in to your MyRBKC account with your email address and new password.
