How to change your password (when signed into your MyRBKC Account)
When you're ready to change your password, click or tap the 'Start' button and follow the on-screen instructions.
You will need to:
- Enter your email address. The email address you used to create your MyRBKC Account.
- Enter your Password. The password you created when you created your MyRBKC Account.
- Click or tap the Sign in button.
- Click or tap on My personal details.
- Click or tap the Change password.
- Enter your email address and click or tap the ‘Send verification code’ button.
- We will send you a six digit verification code by email to validate your email address.
- The verification code will expire after five minutes.
- If you do not use the verification code within five minutes you will need to request a new verification code by clicking the ‘Send verification code’ button again.
- Check your spam folder if you have not received your verification code.
- When you have received your verification code, enter the 6-digit verification code and verify it using the ‘Verify code’ button.
- Click or tap the Continue button.
- Create a strong password. Your password must be at least eight characters long and include at least:
- 1 UPPERCASE
- 1 lowercase
- 1 number
- 1 special character.
- Please re-enter your password to confirm to it matches.
- Click or tap the Continue button.
- You can now sign in to your MyRBKC account with your email address and new password.
