Resident parking permits

Parking permits: application delays

If you applied for a parking permit (new permit, renewal, or vehicle change) between 19 June and 26 June, we are sorry for the delay in processing your application.

We recently launched a new parking permit system. Applications submitted during this time were delayed while we transferred case details from the old system to the new one.

To speed things up, please resubmit your application using our new online forms. This will move your case into the new system and help us process it faster.

You can follow the link below to resubmit your application.
