Alternative housing pathways
Alternative housing pathways is a rehousing project which aims to vastly reduce the waiting times for a permanent home faced by homeless households in temporary accommodation.
Eligibility
Depending on your housing priority, you might be eligible for support through the project if you're:
- a resident in the borough
- currently housed in temporary accommodation
How it works
The project works with a third party agency to find available permanent social housing association tenancies to let.
However, they are not situated in the borough and are given to households currently housed in temporary accommodation and/or who are homeless.
