Finding the right place to live can be difficult, especially in Kensington and Chelsea. Homes here are expensive, and there are not enough affordable ones for everyone who needs one.
We’re working to build more affordable homes in the borough. We’re also supporting housing associations to do the same. But we know we cannot offer a council home to everyone who needs one. That’s why we ask residents to consider all the options available.
