Housing Allocations scheme

Our Housing Allocation Scheme explains how we offer social housing to residents.

Social hosing is a home you can rent. It is owned and managed by the council or a housing association.

Banding system

We use a banding system to give different levels of priority to residents based on their housing needs.

It helps us understand who we rehouse first and why.
