What it costs
If you're successful in securing a property, Girlings asks for a holding deposit of one week’s rent.
This reserves the property for you and is put towards your first month’s rent.
You’ll also be asked to pay a security deposit, which is equivalent to one month’s rent.
There is no requirement for you to have an existing permanent social tenancy.
