Use this form to report a street lighting or parking sign problem.
You can submit a form to report a street lighting problem including damaged parking signs, illuminated sign damaged, replacement lamp column or lamppost, street light damaged, street light flashing and street light not working.
Before you start, you will need:
- a description of the problem
- date you noticed the issue
- streetlight number
- evidence (optional)
- the location of the problem
- in some instances your contact details

What will happen to my report?
After you have submitted your form, we will email you immediately to confirm we have received it and that we are dealing with it.
If the issue you are reporting is regarding damaged equipment or exposed wires you will receive a response within two hours.
If it is regarding two lights in the same street, or an area of public order concern not working, we will respond within 24 hours.
For all other issues, you should expect to receive a response within five working days of submitting the form.
