Core Strategy Evidence Base Documents

This page is for reference only. Please visit the main policy page for the most up-to-date information.

The Core Strategy preparation was supported by a number of evidence base documents. These documents accompanied the Submission Core Strategy and were submitted to the Secretary of State for the purposes of Public Examination.

The evidence base documents are listed under each of the relevant sections of the Core Strategy. There will be some duplication because a number of documents are relevant to more than one section.

Please note that the Core Strategy was adopted in 2010, and have now been fully replaced by the Council’s New Local Plan. See the Local Plan 2019 page. A number of the referenced documents are no longer available online.
